All hatred is rooted in a lack of self acceptance. When you recognize and receive your birthright to be; your wholeness, dignity and value is restituted and restored. This happens without any effort, as in no action to improve, fix & repair an idea of an imperfect self, as in a fixated self.
When the pre-sumed fixated ‘self’ is fully received, acknowledged, accepted & allowed ONE infinite being becomes visible.
Sometimes in the loving embrace of ‘other’ you can relax your thoughts and emotions, and connect with your infinite silence to receive ‘self’ as ‘U’ and as an expression as ‘other!’
