YOUR NATURAL STATE OF BEING
All non-dual teachings point us to our natural state. The point process is an integrated approach that includes and embraces all of reality within and without us. Our day to day life is received in it entirety, where our immediate responses, are seen as a window of opportunity to attune and release, as we become responsive to align to the inherent feedback. The subtle contractions and expansions are the very golden nuggets, a intimate ripeness, that put us in direct contact with our core disassociation for core alignment.
INTEGRATION IS WHEN GRACE HAPPENS
With a sincere heart we become susceptible to substantial openings into our very nature. This is an easier process under supportive conditions, where we are able to be seen and witnessed through the necessary stages of integration.
We are being initiated into the unknown, our source origin, where existing maps usually cannot navigate us. We uncoil our misconceptions of reality from the inside out, as the subtle structures of our chakra system are being dis-mantled and re-arranged, to accommodate a deeper alignment.
Often, I see a conceptual understanding of this process in clients that are well read in non dual perspectives. The conceptual understanding is often mistaken as a point of integration, as the formed identity, is thinking and feeling they have arrived.
What we initially assume is a personal choice, is simply a process that is living a perceived you. Your origin is birthing itself from the inside out, and it is raw and shaky as it moves through the many layers of false misconceptions. In the process of dropping the subtle impressions formed by identity about reality, we return again and again, into resting in the ground that does not move.
We are again and again invited to be still, to stop our perception of doing, as our formed identity has many beliefs and ideas about preferred spiritual qualities, and thinks and feels itself equipped with solutions to our current engagements. Nonetheless, we are invited to not do anything in particular, not even an engagement with desirable spiritual qualities, just simply presence into the stillness at the center of our being.
Many of our previous spiritual practices gradually drop away, as we our guided into the larger reality, where the practices are seen as the maps, and now, the source origin that is birthing through a perceived us, is welcoming us into the actual territory.
Amidst the shifting inner landscape, pretty much every structure we cling to starts dissolving. Our perceived identity starts dissolving. We die again and again at the many junctures necessary, for this integrated evolution to be born into its fullness.
The many attachments to our identity block the seeing of our actual being. Our need for a self image is the very core dissociation from source origin. The need for a self image arises out of a primal reaction to outer feedback impressions of BEING perceived as inadequate, insufficient, unlovable, undesired and unwanted.
It is simply a fragile awareness in reaction to an unknown reality. Our self identity and known sense of reality, even a positive self image, forms the wall of separation that feed our fears and perceived deficiencies. We have been conditioned to live on the surface of our universe and this is why we wobble through our lives.
To live a connected life we must surrender into the empty space we are at the center of our existence, an unknown uncertainty that is whole and complete. You merge into this oneness in connection, to finally become fully receptive to your source.
You are the divine mystery, the source origin, awakening into ‘Consciousplay’ in form.

THE KEEPER OF THE FLAME
Within U is the flame of origin. It can not be smothered or found, as it is simply a remembrance by presencing into the witness within.
BREATH & PRESENCE
When you become present with life as it is, in you, through simply breathing and presencing into life, you start to observe and notice your thinking and feeling mind. You start to see the preferential structures, assumptions, stories and wishful thinking for outcomes. It the silent space, between our conditioned thinking and feeling, we can start to awaken to what and who is actually here, and you discover what has been unseen. The seed of life, the wholeness ‘source origin’, unborn, become visible in you.
AN OPEN INQUIRY
An open inquiry cultivates clarity and one-pointedness, which helps prevent endless egoistic distractions pulling us back into repeating patterns of suffering. By breathing and presencing into stillness, we can let the thinking and feeling mind inquire with particular questions that open us up, rather than endlessly analyzing our experience or closing down in judgment and self-attack.
REST IN AWARENESS
The process is to learn to rest as awareness. To rest in life as it is, and to not resist what it is, and to not make up any story of what it is, or about what the story should preferably be. The pathway to freedom is ‘directly’ through presencing as awareness, and by resting, observing and releasing the process and patterns that maintains our projected illusions. There is nothing for the ‘self identity’ to do or maintain!
RELAXING OUR FILTERS OF PERCEPTION
Everything that is arising is one whole. We are often unable to clearly see this as our identity filters acts as the visceral and energetic editor as it assesses what is safe, familiar, preferable or desirable. These filters fuel our constant internal dialogue and maintain the illusion of separateness’.
When you relax your filters of perception you can allow the spaciousness to receive your sensory uptake, to clearly observe them, without identifying and analyzing for meaning. You and the space become one space in which life is simply arising effortlessly and inclusive of all things.
In this space, thinking and feeling simply arise. In this space the thinking and feeling mechanism is seen as infinite programs seeking for meaning, understanding, certainty and clarity.
Your attention shifts from being reactive to the programming to simply becoming responsive in clear seeing of the habituated programs that may arise within your awareness.
SURRENDERING OUR FILTERS OF PERCEPTION
To surrender is a movement of non-doing. What motivates spiritual seeking is an inherent need to fix, improve or become something – even enlightened. To surrender is just a simple willingness to relax and release our old perceptions, and this allows for something new to emerge.
Our ideas, concepts and beliefs about reality are layers of impressions from our past and present that that prevents a clear seeing of what is. We are painting our unfolding reality with these filters. It is our un-investigated assumptions that have become the barrier and defense mechanism against what truly is.
RECEPTIVITY
Receptivity and openness to life arising allows for a spacious inquiry into our habituated and unseen patterns. With this kind of openness we can begin to explore our defenses, as we react, resist and reject what is. We habitually make judgments, plaster labels on people and situations, and qualify and edit life to a preferred set of ideas, values and circumstances. Our unseen habits become the filters that obscure a deeper seeing into our selves.
When the habituated filters, impulses and urges drive us, and remain unseen, the seeker in us is consistently trying to reach and satisfy a conceptual idea of wholeness. A conceptual idea of wholeness, ideas that the thinking and feeling mind desire, to prove, to ourselves and others, that we are enough and that life is safe.
When we presence into life with openness and truthfulness to our own habituated responses, our source origin clearly inherently knows the way. In our shared sessions I simply hold space for a direct opening to what is unfolding in you, allowing what that is to emerge without any interference. This approach naturally opens up a window to attune to a deeper beingness that helps you relax your habituated defenses that seek to direct and control your experience.
In this space, your habituated thinking and feeling filters become visible, and there is a sweet allowance to surrender your old perceptions. Your everyday life becomes the access point to greater depth as it naturally expand into the unshakeable ground of beingness.
EMPTINESS, SADNESS ,LONGING, PAIN & SUFFERING
All emptiness, sadness, longing, pain and suffering are the symptomatic opportunity to attune to the Sacred Wholeness U R.
Your source origin is free, clear, and aware, a satiated and sacred wholeness onto itself. It sustains your day to day life through grace, nonetheless what obstructs the clear understanding of that is your perceived identity filters.
IDENTITY FILTERS
Your identity filters are formed by infinite layers of impressions that inform your perceptions of reality, and they are what make up your thinking and feeling network.
Birthing out of our assumed identity into authentic awareness is at times so painful and emotionally contracting, and at times almost unbearable, because so many false impressions are impregnated upon our psyche, and becomes the filters we view life through.
We have great difficulty getting a clear view of what is always here, so direct, obvious and immediately available to us. Our wounds that ruptured us out of union of being perfect awareness has been numbed and forgotten to preserve and maintain our identity. Our ‘identity’ simply seeks to protect us from experiencing the trauma again, as it does not know better, but it certainly will have you think and feel it does and that it rules.
The question is what can you do in this process to most effectively move through it ? The answer to it is simple and direct, but so difficult to do, as our ego ‘ identity’ has been conditioned to assume itself as the doer, the mover and shaker, of our reality. It is the ‘identity,’ here in the role of the fixer, who perpetuate the cycle of seeking and grasping to become whole and complete. This is an oxymoron hiding in plain sight, as you seek to become something you have always been.
CORE DISASSOCIATION
This is the core disassociation, a perceived separation from ‘Sacred Wholeness,’ where awareness took on identity, through a movement of contraction, in reaction to impressions of rejection of awareness as is.
How this mechanism of identity that perpetuate the lie is maintained
The mechanism of ‘identity’ is hopelessly seeking, grasping, in desperation to secure psychological safety and well being. The ‘identity’ is an artificial construct, that instantaneously formed when the soul ruptured, and it seeks to protect you from what it thinks and believe is true, a lie at the core of your being, a force of contraction, that life force assumed when it adapted these false impressions as identification: inadequate, worthless, insufficient, unlovable and unseen.
At the core is always the active lie your ‘ identity’ has assumed, adapted and believed as true, a core belief of inadequacy, insufficiency, and worthlessness. You are entrapped in our own ‘falsely assumed identity’ an adaptive construct of make belief and labeling, and it prevents you from clearly seeing the obvious nature of your actual reality. What you are is pure life force moving through matter as awareness itself. Awareness is always looking at itself, but it is lost in a projection of definitions of what it is.
There is nothing for the ego’ false self identity’ to do, that is the conundrum the ego ‘the false identity (functioning through body mind mechanism in perpetual cycle of selfing) can’t see. The ego ‘false identity’ can’t get passed it’s own created and projected illusion of reality, as it thinks and feels it is the doer that ensures safety and well being, and therefor maintains the ego ‘false identity’ you think and feel you are. The ego ‘false self identity’ perpetuate the very cycle it seeks to get off. It does not know how to drop into presencing as awareness as it functions to maintain reality, as ‘awareness in selfing IDENTITY‘ you have comfortably adapted to see it.
CORE WOUNDS
This very disassociation inform your core wound impressions of perceived inadequacy, insufficiency, unloveability, un-wanted and unseen. Your need for approval, specialness and belonging is because you have forgotten the ‘Sacred Wholeness’ who you are.
These core wound symptoms enforces and feed your perceived separate identity from the Sacred Wholeness you truly are. The wound drive the urge, the impulse, the motivation to fix, to do, to become, to acquire a conceptual construct of perceived desirable identity.
THE BEAUTY IN DISSONANCE
That is the beauty of being with the dissonance…it takes U right to the edge of your own misconceptions as they become visible through the mental and emotional meaning making …so the programmed filters can be seen and disqualified. It allows for the spaciousness to notice these edges of the habituated constructs that keeps us bound. It is a continuous journey to simply receive and accept all of oneself ‘genuinely’…. and open up to the larger system of hidden harmony and connectivity previously unseen.
Freedom only comes by being in contact with the dissonance, be it emotional, financial, sexual, social etc. It is painful and at times feels unbearable, nonetheless this is when the mental and emotional programming in seeking for meaning and solution is clearly seen. It is only by awareness itself ‘seeing this process’ that the clarity ultimately uncoils the misconceptions at our own core, as these misconceptions are fed by emotional habituated patterns and sensations in the body mind.
CONTRACTIONS & EXPANSIONS
Any contraction that is arising within you, visible in your reaction, resistance and rejection to reality, is your opportunity to attune, open, allow and release. Any expansion arising within you is an opportunity to fall deeper into who and what you are. They are the golden nuggets, the immediate feedback from your source origin.
Receptivity to what is, is continues, a non doing through surrendering. Life is perfectly whole in you.
RESPONSIVE TO THE BODY / MIND UNIQUENESS
You must embrace and become deeply responsive to the uniqueness, giftedness and expression, in your body / mind, as an offering to the world, and divorce ourselves from the desire to any specific outcome. The collective river of life will be receptive to what it has a readiness for, nothing else.
LIFE UNEDITED IN FLOW AS YOU
When we are living our giftedness in passionate purpose, we are surfing the wave of life unwritten in us. We are standing free and clear in life arising, being deeply responsive to the possibilities and the choices being offered us.
To do this we have to become attuned, aligned and responsive to the raw life currency in us. It this passionate flow, where hope and hopelessness is non-existent, the outcome is an ongoing discovery. Here in this space, in us, we come alive to the precious giftedness of life itself in ourselves and others. Tenderness, kindness and compassion arises as life itself discover that what we feared was life itself; the rawness, the random, the uncertain, and the unknown in ourselves an others.
We discover we are the space in which life unfolds, and that life itself, is perfect in us and through us, while being divorced from all outcomes, as we become the space and the content in it!
Life does not seek to become anything, but is only what it is. There is nothing to obtain, nothing to fix, life emerges un-edited, un-written, and enough.
Life is emerging in and around you. It is always intimate and direct within your awareness. This ‘immediate’ access and possible engagement with life is often not seen, received and reaped.
THE MAPS
From an early you have been imprinted and taught a plethora of maps about reality. You have been conditioned to deduce reality, in nano seconds, from a partial aspect of your mufti-dimensional intelligence. Humanity have been taught and immersed into defined maps of reality that cripples our potential.
These ‘incomplete’ maps are offered to assist us in developing, interpreting and organizing what we are feeling and seeing. These maps are many, and they propose to cover the whole spectrum of human development.
You are daily exposed to these maps. They are mental, emotional, sexual, spiritual, physical, interpersonal, social and financial maps etc.. These maps suggest to you what is deemed to be individually and collectively desired, what is culturally preferred, and they suggest a variety of optimal outcomes. The maps are continuously reinforced in all our collective stories and media.
PREFERENCE TO OUTCOME
It is essential to notice that all these many maps of reality, you were given, are all designed with a preference to outcome. The maps are designed to guide what you dream, what you pursue, what you seek and what you aim for. They are easily seen, as they are designed to teach strategy and responsibility toward any and all outcomes. The maps, informed by ideas – concepts – believes about life, have become our blind-spot. These partial and incomplete attempts at reality map making disconnect you from intimately receiving, responding, and seeing life as is.
CULTURED BLIND-SPOT
We have been collective taught and cultured to systemically analyze, deduce and differentiate what we are observing about life towards set outcomes. Our mind and emotions are sorting and file incoming information, in nano seconds. All our maps have been designed with preference to outcomes. This is our biggest collective blindspot. We are seeing what we desire to see. We are looking to predict for patterns and certainty, in what is and remains unknown.
CRETAN MAZE
The many mental and emotional maps we have about reality is sustained by a variety of ideas, concepts and believes about what we think and feel is reality itself. These many maps we hold of reality inform a ‘complex & enclosed,’ Cretan maze, of narrow and limited possibilities and outcomes.
FROM WISHFUL THINKING TO AWAKENING THE SEED
When you become present with life as it is, in you, through simply breathing and presencing into life, you start to observe and notice your own preferential structures and wishful thinking for outcomes. It the silent space, between our conditioned thinking and feeling, we can start to awaken to what has been unseen. The seed of life, the wholeness unseen and unborn, become visible in you.
When the source of the seeking for meaning making and analyzing is seen, we start to rest and receive the limitless ‘seed potential’ within us. We can begin to receive life in the rawness of unfolding. This opens up an opportunity to connect, receive and become responsive to the seed, the very boundless nature of life, emerging effortlessly within you. It is the pathless path. You are empty and alone, the seed becomes the light onto itself. In this intimate direct process life sees itself in the eyes of the other in truth, tenderness and possibilities.
PSYCHOLOGICAL HISTORY, STORIES OF PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE
In our early formative years we were in incubators of learning. The impressionable child, as you and I, observed and then processed all the incoming information, and then the mind synthesized all the information and attributed value to make meaning out of the immediate environment.
The challenge is that every child that arrives into this world are at the mercy of the cultural environment they are born into. Parents and caregivers have all formed perceptions about what they think and feel reality is. These perceptions can be rigid or in constant flux. Over time these views of parents and caretakers become known to us through their actions and expressed values, views, ideas, beliefs, and philosophies. We learn by assembling the many impressions we daily receive by observing and experiencing the environment unfolding around us.
This is how we progressively form and develop our identities as we assemble and make meaning out of all the incoming information. This is why it is essential for parents and caregivers to learn what it takes to create a nurturing environment for all our little ones.
We know that it is critical to ensure that or children have assured food, shelter, and safety to grow their little bodies into physical health and well being. However, what is often not culturally understood and practiced is that every child also needs to be held in consistent love, belonging and acceptance, as these are the very qualities that ensure healthy emotional and mental development.
When love, belonging and acceptance are not consistently modeled and assured to the growing child, and these qualities are measured, given and assured only when the child models desired behavior, a child quickly learns that they are only loveable, accepted, and only truly belong when they model the desired behavior and responses.
When a developing child is not held in unconditional love, belonging, and acceptance, until they are able to hold these qualities for themselves, they form impressions within their psyche that they are not enough in their simple beingness. Instead young children assume these impressions that they are not enough, and these impressions become grooves within their psyche that to be enough and be deserving of love , belonging and acceptance they have to do, be, and become something, to simply be. To be who they are , is just not enough.
Over time a pattern of desired conditional responses become entrenched within the psyche as awareness itself. The child learns that it must follow a laid out structure, that informs a pre-conditioned form, that has a designed function to assure the desired reward of love, belonging, and acceptance. The child learns structure, form, function, equals desired appearances and desired pay of as reward
If you feel you are not enough, and you are consistently triggered by your environment that serves as reminders of past conditioning of not being enough, these painful contractions are the very opportunity to release past conditioning, as you have always been enough, and have always been worthy of love, belonging, and acceptance. As an adult you now have to learn to hold these qualities for yourself, and stop second guessing them as conditional qualities only.
The feedback within our environment that causes contractions, as in dissonance within , is the inherent embedded evolutionary system to listen, attune, open, allow and release our false impressions that have become conditioned assumptions about reality. Assumptions that we are not enough that fuels debilitating self doubt, fear of exclusion and conditional access to meaningful participation.
When we learn to presence and listen to the inherent feedback within our body / mind connection these triggers starts to become obvious, and we are able to see them clearly for what they are. You have always been worthy of love, belonging and acceptance just as you are. It is your birthright, and with birthright comes birth responsibility, to understand who you are and what you are.
